I am glad that I have chosen Gran Asset Management Co. Ltd as my property agent. Since day one when I was looking for a property in Japan, they have been providing me with tailor-made service. From price negotiation, signing of contract to payment schedules, everything was clear and detailed. Mr Tanaka even personally translated the contract and the Important Description into English for me. It is really helpful for a non-Japanese speaking people, like me. He reassured me that they would check the property the next day and report to me if the property had no damage. His notice even arrived earlier than the TV news.
